In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
"Justice with Compassion, Progress with Purpose”
I begin by reminding myself and my community that justice is a sacred trust and one of the highest commands of our Creator. As Allah (SWT) commands in the Quran:
"Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due and when you judge between people, to judge with justice."
(Surah An-Nisa 4:58).
This land, where tradition gets transformation, deserves a justice system that listens, empowers, and uplifts.
“This Land, These People…..My Sacred Duty”
Entrusted with this “NMD”, I do not merely preside over cases, I embrace this land and its people as my own. This is where tribal roots meet the promise of progress, and where justice must be a bridge, not a barrier.
My mission is clear: to own this responsibility with unwavering dedication, to protect the rights of every individual, and to restore unshakable faith in the law. This courtroom will be a beacon of fairness, where the marginalized find strength and the oppressed find refuge.
My vision is simple: to ensure that every voice is heard, every right is protected, and every individual leaves this courtroom with their dignity strengthened and their faith in justice renewed. Together, we will build a future where the law is not just feared but respected. Where fairness is not a privilege but a promise. These are your courts. Your justice. Your hope. Let us move forward with courage, clarity, and compassion. Let us embody the spirit of “justice for all” in the legal system by supporting one another, resolving disputes amicably, and upholding the rights of all, especially the “vulnerable”.
